Remuneration of the members of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee is governed by Falck’s Remuneration Policy, which complies with the Danish Recommendations on Corporate Governance. The Remuneration Reports provide a transparent overview of the total remuneration received by each member of the Board of Directors (“Board”) and of the Executive Committee of Falck A/S.
